Quick checks (two minutes)
- Is the internet working? Open YouTube or another streaming app on the same device.
- Restart everything. Unplug the router and your TV device for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- Is it one channel or all of them? One channel failing is usually that channel. Try another.
- Is the service down? See service status.
- Is your plan active and within its screen limit? Close the app on other devices.

Where problems usually come from
- Wi-Fi is behind most buffering. Distance, walls and busy evenings all reduce speed at the TV.
- Devices slow down when storage is full or the app cache grows. Basic sticks struggle with very large channel lists.
- Apps misbehave after updates. Clearing data or reinstalling fixes most issues.
- Logins fail through typos, an expired plan or too many screens in use.
