Step 1: choose your plan
Use the selector above to choose the number of screens, the plan and the length (3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months). The total price for the whole period is shown on each card, with the monthly equivalent underneath. Not sure which plan you need? Read compare plans.
Step 2: order on WhatsApp and pay
Select Order on WhatsApp on the plan you want. WhatsApp opens with your plan, length, screens and price already filled in, so you only need to press send. If you are on a computer without WhatsApp, you can use WhatsApp Web or message us from your phone.
We then reply in the same chat. We will ask:
- which device you plan to watch on, so we can send the right setup guide
- how you would like to pay: payment methods and payment processor.
The price you pay is the price shown on the plan card: confirm no extra fees.
Step 3: receive your login details
Your login arrives over WhatsApp. Depending on your app, it contains one or both of:
- Xtream Codes details: a server address, username and password. This is the easiest option for most apps. See Xtream Codes login.
- An M3U playlist link: a single web address for apps like VLC and Kodi. See adding an M3U playlist.
Keep these details private. Sharing them can push you over your screen limit and lock you out.
Step 4: install an app and sign in
Follow the guide for your device. The most popular is installing IPTV on a Fire TV Stick. All the others are in setup guides. Once you sign in, channels and the TV guide load automatically.
If something goes wrong
- No login after you have paid: reply in the same WhatsApp chat, or contact support.
- Login rejected: retype the details carefully, as the server address must match exactly. See playback and login errors.
