- Choose the Family Pack if two or more people watch at the same time.

TV guide and replay
Every plan includes the TV guide (EPG). Replay depends on the length you choose: 3 days on 6-month plans, 7 days on 12-month plans and 14 days on 24 and 36-month plans.
Getting a 4K picture
You only see 4K when every link in the chain supports it:
- Your TV must be 4K (Ultra HD).
- Your device must output 4K, for example a Fire TV Stick 4K rather than the HD model, or the TV’s own app.
- Your broadband should deliver a steady 25 Mbps or more for that stream, on top of anything else your household is doing.
- The channel or title must be broadcast or encoded in 4K. Not all content is.

Getting an 8K picture
8K Ultra Max streams in 8K where the channel or title is available in 8K. To see it you need an 8K TV, a device that outputs 8K and a sustained 50 to 100 Mbps for that stream. Without those, you will see the highest quality your setup supports. Our 8K guide explains each step.
Audio
Where a channel or film carries surround sound, the player app passes it to your TV or soundbar. If you are not hearing surround, check the app’s audio settings (for example “audio passthrough”). Details vary by app; see the apps and players guide.
Screens decide which plan you see
Premium UK, 4K Ultra and 8K Ultra Max are all one-screen plans. If two or more people watch at the same time, choose the Family Pack with 2, 3, 4 or 5 screens. See multi-screen plans.
