Problems with a VPN or Wi-Fi

  • With a VPN on: turn it off. It can cause failed logins and buffering, and our service doesn’t need one. See IPTV and VPNs.
  • Works on mobile data but not Wi-Fi: restart the router and check any parental filters or “safe browsing” settings on your broadband account. See ISP blocking.
  • Works on one Wi-Fi band but not another: try connecting the device to the other band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).

Frequently asked questions

Why does it say "login failed" when my details are right?

Check the server URL includes http:// and any port number, check capital letters, and make sure your plan is active. Then delete the profile in the app and add it again.

What does "max connections reached" mean?

More devices are streaming than your plan allows. Close the app on other devices, wait a minute, and try again.

Why does IPTV not work when my VPN is on?

A VPN can slow streams or route you through a server that causes connection problems. Turn it off. Our service doesn't need one.
