Step 1: check our status
Live service status: link to status page, e.g. a status site or announcement channel. If there is a known issue, it is listed there with updates. No need to contact support.
Step 2: is it just you?
Work through these in order:
- Other apps: does YouTube or iPlayer work on the same device? If not, it is your internet.
- Other devices: does our service work on your phone? If yes, the problem is the TV device or app.
- Mobile data: does it work on your phone’s 4G or 5G but not on home Wi-Fi? That points to your broadband. See ISP blocking.
- One channel or all: if only one channel fails, it is that channel. Let us know which.

Step 3: quick fixes on your side
- Restart your router and TV device. Unplug both for 30 seconds.
- Close and reopen the app. On Fire TV, use Force stop in app settings.
- Check your plan has not expired and you are within your screen limit.
Step 4: tell us
If it is not on the status page and the steps above do not help, contact support with:
- your device and app
- whether other devices work
- the time it started and any error message.

Why “is IPTV down” is such a common search
Unlicensed IPTV services go down often. Their servers get blocked during live football, seized, or simply switched off. If that is happening to you with another provider, our guide to choosing a provider explains what to look for instead.
