TiviMate is an independent player app, not affiliated with us. It contains no channels and works with your subscription login.
Installing TiviMate
- Android TV and Google TV: install TiviMate IPTV Player from Google Play.
- Fire TV Stick: TiviMate is installed from its official source using the Downloader app. See how to install IPTV on a Firestick.
TiviMate is designed for TV remotes and does not run on phones or tablets, except for the companion app.

Adding your playlist
- Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
- Select Xtream Codes. It is recommended because it loads the guide, films and series automatically.
- Enter your server address, username and password, then select Next.
- TiviMate shows how many channels it found. Select Next, name the playlist and select Done.
Using M3U instead? Choose M3U playlist and paste your link. See M3U playlists.
What TiviMate Premium adds
Premium is bought from the developer via the TiviMate Companion app on an Android phone. Features include:
- multiple playlists
- catch-up (where the channel supports it)
- recording to device storage
- custom channel groups and favourites management
- automatic frame-rate matching.
Prices and features are set by the developer and can change, so check the companion app.
Best settings for a smooth experience
- Settings > EPG > Update EPG on app start: keep this on so listings are current.
- Keep fewer days of guide data on basic devices. Three days is plenty.
- Hide channel groups you never watch. Long-press a group and choose Hide.
- Settings > Playback > Buffer size: increase it if live sport stutters on Wi-Fi.
- AFR (auto frame rate) in playback settings makes motion smoother on capable TVs.
If the guide is empty or times are wrong, see EPG setup.
