Flix IPTV is an independent player app and is not affiliated with us.

Setting it up

  1. Install Flix IPTV from your TV’s or device’s app store. It has been available on Samsung, LG, Android and Apple platforms.
  2. Open it and note the MAC address shown.
  3. On a phone or computer, open the developer’s official website and go to the playlist upload page.
  4. Enter the MAC address and your M3U link. See M3U playlists.
  5. Save, then restart the app on your device.

Before you start

  • Copy your M3U link exactly from your welcome message. Paste it rather than typing it.
  • Note the MAC address exactly as shown. It uses only the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to F.
  • Use the developer’s official website for the upload. Never paste your link into a page someone sent you, because it contains your login.

Activation

After the free trial period, the developer charges an activation fee per device. Check the developer’s site for current pricing. It is paid to them, not to us.

  • Subtitle and audio track selection on supported content
  • Parental PIN for chosen categories
  • Themes and languages in settings

Troubleshooting

  • “Playlist error”: the link was entered incorrectly or the MAC address does not match. Re-upload and restart.
  • No guide: add the EPG link if the upload page offers it. See EPG setup.
  • Slow menus on an older TV: try a Fire TV Stick.

Getting the most from Flix IPTV

  • Favourites: add your most-watched channels so they appear first.
  • Hide unused groups to make browsing faster, especially with a large playlist.
  • Check the guide offset if programme times look an hour out after the clocks change. See EPG setup.
  • Restart after changes. The app reads the playlist when it opens, so close and reopen it after uploading a new link.

Flix IPTV on more than one device

Each device has its own MAC address, so each one needs the playlist uploaded and, after the trial, its own activation. To watch on two devices at the same time, choose a plan with two or more screens. Our plans run from 1 to 5 screens.
